Personalized dosing protocol for extended-release tacrolimus in kidney transplant recipients in the early postoperative period

Objective: to develop a personalized algorithm for extended-release tacrolimus in kidney recipients and analyze its early outcomes comparison with retrospective control group. Materials methods.
